It is an ERP: it organises the company from the inside, not the client. It covers the office and the workshop, from the first enquiry to installation and after-sales. The WhatsApp bot is not an AI agent: it handles sales and after-sales with fixed replies, so the team does not repeat the same answer all day. It is private and runs for the company, so there is no link.
